The Family of Origin

A Family of Origin Constellation is a type of Soul-remembering ritual.   It creates opportunity for us to acknowledge all of the members of our family.  In A Family Origin Constellation we take our place and move toward acceptance of our particular contribution to the evolution of our family’s consciousness.  It is the first step in unraveling the Strands of Awareness to begin to understand the Threads of Consciousness that bind us together.  Our Family of Origin includes our biological father and mother, our siblings, and both sets of grandparents.  We recall their names, their homelands, and their lives.
